Hi! I’m Lorna Al-Ani, the lead personal trainer and group exercise instructor for Your Level Fitness. I am experienced in providing bespoke exercise programmes to suit you as an individual.

Have you concerns or anxieties that have prevented you getting started on an exercise programme? I work to ensure people feel confident and at ease when exercising, in order to get the best out of every session.

Are you worried about joining a gym? I provide mobile personal training and an online training service, so that you can exercise and achieve your goals at home at a time that suits you.
