Worcester Personal Trainer

Steven has many years of martial arts, boxing and kick boxing experience. He is a professionally trained martial arts instructor (trained by two former karate world champions Remi Ashton and Stephen Thompson) and is a 2nd dan black belt under former world champion Stephen Thompson. He is a CIT certified instructor who regularly trains with boxing,kickboxing and self defence clubs and can often be found assisting in those clubs.

He runs the Boxing4Fitness, Family Kickboxing and Padfitness classes, as well as assisting Carl Beards in the little ninjas classes and is constantly striving to improve his classes.
