A bit about me

Coming from a Sport Science background, I have an approach to training that is not only effective, but functional and fun! Whether you are looking for weight loss, strength and weight gains, pre-hab/rehab, or just a simple program, I can give you all you need to succeed in your venture.

I have worked with people from all different backgrounds and fitness levels,from semi professional sports players to post operative ACL replacement patients, and everything in between.

My passion lies in strength and functional fitness, as well as boxing and Boot Camp style

fitness training.
