Welcome to Wildcat Fitness!
My name is LJ and I am a female Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and Fitness Model based in West London. I would hope the evidence is clear that fitness is my number one passion in life. My aim is to spread that passion and show you what a huge difference exercise and good nutrition can have on your life and help you achieve the body you have always dreamed of.
Along with my Wildcat Fitness colleagues, we offer bespoke Personal Training, health, fitness and nutrition solutions for individuals, couples and small groups in Hammersmith, Shepherds Bush, Chiswick, Hyde Park, Ravenscourt Park, Fulham, Barnes, Notting Hill, Kensington, Bayswater, Mayfair, Westbourne Grove, Holland Park, Kensington Olympia, St John's Wood, Knightsbridge, Chelsea, Brook Green and beyond. We cover most areas in West and Central London.
