Wild Training Amersham
Ever since I was little I have always had a massive passion for sport’s from horse riding, gymnastics, hockey, running and dance, leading a fairly active lifestyle. About six years ago I started out my career in sport and holistic massage working in a treatment room from my local gym. I’d never thought about becoming an Instructor or personal trainer until my manager at the time encouraged me to do a course.
Now I’v never looked back. So for the last couple of years I’ve been finding my feet with personal training along with my massage work. I had been doing really well, business was good, clients were on track but I felt there was something missing, I felt as if I wanted to challenge myself and my clients more. I couldn’t put my finger on it.
Working in the gym just seemed dead ended and I couldn’t really take anything to the next level. I’m someone who likes new and exciting. Let’s face it we don’t like boring. Then Along came Wild Training..... Big shout out to Dean Clark for Inviting me down to the launch day, thanks for that. Wild Training (James Griffiths) is unique and exciting bringing the fitness industry to a whole new level. I feel privileged to be working with James and the Wild training team, this opportunity couldn’t of come at a better time for me.
I look forward to inspiring my clients, bringing them the passion and knowledge of the Wild Training systems. Allowing clients to exceed new limits and show them their true potential.
