Based at Trailfinders Sports Club in West Ealing, West London Fitness provides a very successful, result driven, personal training service. Established in 2000 the personal training service has delivered incredible results, from huge weight loss to completing marathons and iron men events. The focus is always to help people set short term targets to achieve their long term goal using functional training methods, teaching people to use their whole body and staying away from isolation exercises.

Clients can either train at the gym or have a trainer come to them. The fully qualified and experienced personal fitness trainers that West London Fitness offer, deliver a professional and highly motivational experience to people of all ages and all fitness levels. The service is intended to be rewarding and fun, helping clients to feel fitter and remain in great shape.

With a full range of cardio equipment available, West London Fitness also uses free weights, bar bells, kettle bells, Power clubs, TRX, Swiss ball, Gliders, Boxing, Bulgarian bag and The Human Touch Board. They also offer full nutritional advice whether the client is looking to lose weight, gain it or maximise energy levels. This enables the trainers to train a wide range of clientele from the athlete to the overweight to the elderly client. West London Fitness also runs a successful sport specific program, training people to improve their performance for their game, ranging from golf, skiing, tennis, rugby, football and swimming.
