I offer one to one and small group personal training on a freelance basis. I offer general fitness, strength and endurance training, weight loss, postural analysis and nutritional advice. Classes:

**Pilates and Stretch**

Thursday evenings throughout the Winter at Walmer Village Hall at 6pm-6:45pm.

This is a low impact, mat-based class suitable for all abilities.

**Postnatal Yoga**

Wednesdays 11-12pm at The Astor Theatre, Deal.

Mum and baby class focussing on regaining strength and postural correcting.

**Antenatal Yoga**

Friday 6-7pm in Deal. Suitable for ladies in trimester 2 onward. Bookable in advance in monthly blocks. Class runs on demand only.
