As our lives evolve our lifestyle and body can change, sometimes leaving us a little confused as to what to wear. I offer Colour confidence sessions, using Colour Psychology, a fascinating insight into why the colours you choose to wear affect both how you feel and how others perceive you.
Style and Wardrobe Management, we look and how you are dressing now and I show you why some clothes work and others don't , giving you all the knowledge you need to make the right choices in the future....no more wasted time and money on clothes you never wear!
Style and Image Coaching day, a combination of the two services above, giving you all the knowledge you need to buy the right clothes and accessories to feel good each and every day.
