Kai has always had an active interest in all things fitness. From representing the County at Football, Athletics and Cross country to then playing semi professional football before retiring with injury. He then went on to discover martial arts which he has been training in passionately for the past eight years. Once involved with teaching martial arts to both children and adults he realised what a positive effect and influence he could have on peoples’ lives. So with this in mind he decided to qualify as a personal trainer which would enable him to reach a wider variety of people and ultimately help them to achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals. Kai is highly motivating and will push you past where you previously thought your limits were. He will also inspire you to positively change your life with readily available reading material to help you on your

journey.
