We’re a friendly, professional and experienced team of trainers who deliver fun, high quality and varied exercise training sessions in a wide variety of locations across London whether your home, garden, local park, gym or place of work.

We have been running for over four years, but have over 10 years of industry experience each. Our main base is at Bodyline Fitness Gym in Ealing Broadway, however, we are also mobile and able to travel across London.

We offer a variety of services including personal training, boxing technique and fitness classes, boxercise, kettlebells training, trx suspension training, basketball and squash coaching and family fitness training sessions. We also offer health and well-being services including various massage therapies, such as sports and deep tissue, injury prevention, treatment and rehabilitation, therapeutic and seated acupressure massage, as well as dietary advice and uniquely designed programmes to aid training sessions in the gym and at home.

We have both male and female trainers who are qualified to train and help people with a variety of exercise goals, whether it be weight loss, muscle gain, toning, injury rehabilitation, sports or events specific training, examples triathlons, marathons, as well as providing the unique service of family fitness training.

All consultations, fitness assessments, programme designs and dietary advice services are free.
