Tri One Ltd
Tri One, led by Howard Davis and Rav Dighe, aim to get everyone – young and old – involved in the world of triathlon and endurance sports to experience that sense of achievement and fun that comes with it! Between them, they have 50+ years triathlon experience. As qualified BTF and Ironman University coaches, they have worked with adults and children for many years.
Howard Davis says:
“My journey started with the London Triathlon 1997 and has taken me to the first UK Triple Iron UK 2010. On the way I have participated in numerous events including 14 Ironman finishes. The journey continues…”
Rav Dighe says:
“I have been a triathlete since 1982, starting as a young teenager in the U.S., but since then I have completed over 300 multisport races of all distances worldwide, as well as 13 Ironman finishes to date. I was co-founder of the St Albans parkrun and have coached athletes of all ages for over 10 years.”
