Exercise is a great way to start your day, refresh, regroup or wind-down with a little “headspace”. Whatever you’re looking for, our personal approach, expert staff and state-of-the-art facilities will help you make the most of your precious “you time”.

There’s so much to choose from; Pilates, Yoga, Gyrotonic® & Gyrokinesis® exercise; alongside reformer, studio, pre & postnatal, mat, arc, chair and orbit classes; choose from private sessions, semi private, studio classes of no more than 6 people and mat classes for no more than 10.

Not only is Tranquility a great place to escape from the hustle, bustle and hassles of the city, our therapies are designed to make you look and feel better too: Professional massage, cranial sacral therapy, osteopathy and nutrition.

Tranquility was founded in March 2005 by Nikki Chrysostomou, since opening her doors she has taught over thousands of people in both Pilates and Gyrotonic®. Nikki's professionalism and expertise is the drive of Tranquility. She has carefully handpicked her stuff to deliver a first class customer service and who have the ability to help you achieve your goals. All our therapists and instructors are qualified and are registered with their professional governing bodies.

Tranquility is a fully equipped studio that also run workshops and instructor training courses.

We’re open from 7.30am– 9pm Monday–Friday; 9.00am–6.00pm Saturday & Sunday.
