No gimmickry. it`s hard work, but both body and mind transformations are genuinely inevitable.
My once weekly training sessions embrace cross-country running,, power walking, mountain biking, whole body resistance training, both innovative and unique combination training, the use of a Convict Trainer, (my personal proven innovation), and stretching.
Whilst transforming appearance I aim to max your core stability, your power,, stamina, endurance, and with the correct nutrition in place, also recovery. Biological age shall be turned back significantly.
We train through woodland and on Benfleet Downs,
I take a Saurday/Sunday morning class
Before during and after fluids and nutrition are included as required
Mountain bikes £5 to cover repairs
We start at my house, so we start in the woods and finish in the woods.- It`s virtually all off road
We stop at The Salvation Army Cafe on route,
The cycling is optional
Parking and showers at my end
