TRAIN EAT SLEEP REPEAT
My past experience as Active Schools Manager for Dundee City Council and my previous role as Lecturer/Project Officer for Dundee Academy of Sport at the University of Abertay further backed up by some 18 years of training clients in the fitness industry provides a unique opportunity to introduce a very exciting concept in fitness. With a firm knowledge of our educational curriculum from 3-18 years and our Further and Higher Education structure, my experience of working with people of any age and ability to achieve success is well documented. Working closely with clients, sports men and women as well as celebrities I have been fortunate enough to have made a positive impact on the lives of so many people.
So with this I am excited about my concept. TRAIN EAT SLEEP REPEAT isn't a gym, there aren't even any machines! I believe that just one method WON'T work for everyone, which is why this isn't just a Crossfit Box, this is Bootcamp, Crossfit, TRX, Kettlebells, Insanity, Yoga, Pilates and education sessions on diet and nutrition and many more by approved professionals in the fitness Industry. What I want to bring to you is my way, the PPT way. A concept that will engage the whole family!
