I run a small but Customer Focused Elite Personal Training Business with my sole aim to provide SAFE, EFFECTIVE and FUN personal training to anyone in the South-East.

I am a REPS LEVEL 3 Qualified Personal Trainer and also hold a REPS Level 2 Qualification in Gym Instruction.

I have a Full, Clear Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check and have been cleared to work with Children.

I hold Certificates in Circuit Training, Gym-based boxing (Boxercise), Studio Cycling (Spinning) and General Nutrition.

I am also First Aid qualified for both Adults and Children and have an Emergency Responder Certificate to issue emergency First Aid.
