As a highly qualified Personal Trainer I can create the perfect individualised fitness

programme which will utilise nutritional and dietary advice, cardiovascular training,

and appropriate strength and weight training techniques. Combine this programme

with one-on-one tuition and support and you have the perfect recipe for successful

goal achievement.

All this can take place in your own home or local park and any necessary equipment

will be provided. I train clients within a 15-20 mile radius of Stevenage. This includes Stevenage, Hitchin, Letchworth, Baldock, Royston, Knebworth, Welwyn Garden City,

St Albans, and all surrounding villages.

With a Personal Trainers guidance you can achieve so much more and will be able

to maximise all results.

Personal training is all about you, the individual. Once your individual needs, wants

and abilities are identified I can put together an effective tailor made lifestyle

programme. This will include advice on diet, exercise and strength techniques,

and I will show you how to maximise the results.

Simply, I will provide all the support, motivation and expert advice that is required

to help you reach your goal.

      Try a 1 hour, single Personal Training session to see how you get on with One-on-One Personal Training. These can be purchased as gifts or presents, Session contents will include a warm-up, appropriate cardiovascular and strength exercises and a cool down with stretching.
    • Progress Package - 8 sessions over 8 weeks

      An increased likelihood of a positive fitness outcome when compared to the start package. Includes the FREE consultation session and 8 x 1hour Personal Training Sessions. Allows progression in the training programme to influence the final result.
    • Personal Individualised Packages

    • Success Package - 12 sessions over 12 weeks
