Thomas Dawkins Personal Training

I’ve train extensively in bodyweight exercise and movement, martial arts and yoga. After spending many years body building and power lifting, I developed a functional and movement based training program instead due to repeated injuries from wrestling and isolation weight training. The new method better compliments my style of movement and has given me the aesthetic results I struggled to get previously and is also a progressional approach to improving skills. The art of calisthenics and movement have evolved me into a better athlete.

I believe that you cannot be defined by a particular method, because change is important as and when the body requires it. What counts are the hours of dedicated and well-thought-out effort that gets put into what you love doing.
