The Circle Spa's state of the art gym has separate cardio and weights rooms, along with a large free weights area. There are qualified fitness instructors on hand to help and advise. Each member is entitled to a free fitness assessment and personal fitness programme; clients can request revised programmes at a later date. Pregnant or have recently had a baby, specialist advice and guidance can be offered throughout the pregnancy, or post natally. Clients who may haver experienced an injury, or need specialist care,
