The Balcony

The Balcony is a haven of relaxation where you can simply pamper yourself head to toe. We offer a wide range of luxurious spa treatments using Tracey Malones inspired range Lubatti as well as advanced anti-ageing brand Murad. We use Fake Bake products for our tanning services and Vinylux CND for our nail treatments.

We have 4 treatment rooms open 7 days a week offering a full range of services. We are situated within Cedars health and Leisure club which is a small, friendly members club and not a spa. We have a 25m pool, hydrotherapy pool, sauna and steam room as well as gym and regular classes throughout the day which can be pre booked.

If you are looking for a quality place in Richmond to treat yourself (or your partner!) to rejuvenating spa and beauty treatments - or more advanced aesthetic services - you simply cannot go wrong with The Balcony.

The Balcony Spa is located within Cedars Health Club behind the Richmond Gate hotel (near the entrance to Richmond Park), but is totally independent. You don’t need to be a member of Cedars to visit the spa.

As a client of The Balcony Spa you can make use of the free parking and on-site creche if you want to bring your children along. What’s more, you can even make full use of the facilities at Cedars (subject to a minimum £75 spend).

The Balcony is run and managed by Rachel Staggs who has over 16 years experience within the beauty industry. You are guaranteed to get the best treatments available when visiting The Balcony.
