You'll train to your level, train to be challenged or trained to be totally awesome. You may sweat a little or sweat a lot but the energy will always make you smile. Whether your new to fitness or a pumped up pro our studio and team will inspire and excite, as we will always believe now and forever 'be more'.
About us
Sweatroom was founded by owners Paula and Alex in 2013 with the vision of creating an alternative to every other "big gym" out there. With over 40 years combined experience within the fitness industry, they recognised the gap in the market for smaller and more personal studios, which is where the plans for Sweatroom began.
The number one priority at Sweatroom is to deliver high quality training to clients with the extra personal touch and quality service that training within a smaller studio can provide. Alongside this, we want our clients to be able to achieve their goals in a relaxed and motivating environment. Our team of highly experienced trainers, which we like to call the 'Sweat Pros', all bring something a little different to Sweatroom, making our 90m2 studio an exciting and varied environment to train in.
