My name is Andy Cross and I am a Personal Trainer and Sports Masseur based in Milton Keynes.

I have been a personal trainer in Milton Keynes for many years and have built a successful business helping people to achieve incredible results through diet and exercise. I am 39 years old and married with 2 wonderful children. I have been training all my life. I started martial arts training at the age of 6 and continued doing this for 16 years, gaining a position in the England squad in Karate and Tang Soo Do. I then moved to body-building and weight training and worked at this for 10 years. Now, for the last 6 years, I have concentrated heavily on road cycling. I am now a competitive road cyclist currently a cat 3 racer.
