Stacy Chew Personal Training is based in Welwyn Garden City and surrounding areas offering One to One Personal Training and Sports/Remedial Massage Therapy, including peripheral and spinal mobilisations.

I have been associated with sporting activities and studying exercise for over 10 years, and since working as a Personal Trainer and Sports/Remedial Massage Therapist, I have been able to use my theoretical and practical knowledge in a wide range of situations.

The personal training, advice and treatment plans that I offer are goal specific and designed to suit all age groups and abilities.
