SRS Fitness

I am a mobile personal trainer and nutrition advisor based in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire.

I work with a wide range of clients in the Hertfordshire area with varied goals and needs. My client base includes male and female, young and old encompassing all fitness abilities.

My qualifications include NVQ2 Fitness Instructor and NVQ3 Personal Trainer and Nutrition Advisor (achieved through Lifetime Training - the largest training provider within the health and fitness sector delivering the greatest number of apprenticeships and NVQ programmes as well as first in the leisure sector to achieve the Training Quality Standard).

Cardiovascular fitness

Nutritional & lifestyle advice

I am passionate about health and fitness and take time to personalise each training program to suit the goals, needs and lifestyles of my clients, whilst also taking into account their ability and current fitness levels, to ensure every session is an enjoyable experience!
