Sports Massage Specialist
Operating from a friendly clinic setting at Hertford Chiropractic Treatment Centre, Christina offers Sports/Deep tissue massage treatments to clients throughout Hertford. Established in 2011, Christina Crooks BA (Hons) Sports Massage Diploma, has several years of experience in sports/deep tissue massage. She has worked amongst athletes competing in the Red Bull FMX Madrid 2012 event. Christina has a special interest in postural alignment and myofascial release treatment, trigger point release and acupressure.
With a well equipped treatment centre and fully qualified therapist, Christina provides a professional soft tissue and deep tissue service to individuals. We intend to help alleviate aches and pains, promote relaxation, rejuvenation and realignment, thus enabling clients to increase a state of well being. Sports massage Specialist offers customised treatments to suit you, ranging from Swedish massage, Aromatherapy, sports/deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release treatments and Hot Stone Therapy.
Christina Crooks BA (Hons) is a fully qualified Sports Massage Therapist. She has successfully completed certificates in CYQ Level 3 and 4 Advanced Anatomy and Physiology, Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release treatment, Pregnancy Massage, Thai Herbal Compress, CYQ Level 4 BWY Yoga Teacher training.
