At The Centre for Functional Performance, we pride our selves on our "no nonsense" approach to training
Wether you are an MMA fighter preparing for a fight or a rugby player preparing for the start of the season, or you just want to get fitter, stronger or faster, we have the equipment and knowledge to get you there fast!!
Paul has trained many athletes from BJJ and MMA fighters, competetive bodybuilders and powerlifters to Triathletes and swimmers as well as many Rugby, Hockey and Netball players upto and beyond county levels.
Our centre is designed to help build your strengths and work on improving weaknesses as well as being able to help rehabilitation of injuries old and new.
We have specialist Therapists and Nutritionists available for consultations throughout the week
