Incorporating elements of mindfulness, gentle rocking, deep stretching and rhythmic compression. The treatment combines the healing effect of traditional Eastern massage techniques using herbal compresses made of muslin cloth containing a blend of over 14 aromatic and therapeutic herbs including ‘plai’ ginger, turmeric and lemongrass which are then steamed and applied to the body along the ‘se’ lines, allowing the healing energy to flow freely though the body. These herbs along with our specialised oils will have a relaxing yet invigorating effect on the body, mind and soul making it ideal for alleviating pain, stiff or sore muscles and ligaments. By inducing deep relaxing and relieving fatigue our unique treatment will boost both emotional and physical well being.
