The salon was established in 1960 by Anne Smith.

We are a small friendly salon, which offers excellent hairdressing at affordable prices.

The stylists include Anne-marie (Annes daughter) who completed her training in the salon, but also gained her City & guilds in advanced hairdressing and then went on to do her Teachers certificate which enabled her to teach hairdressing.

Anne-marie joined Wella Professionals in 1999 were she has worked part-time teaching other hairdressers colouring and cutting, working along side large Wella Key account salons, and also working on hair shows etc. Anne-marie is one of the best stylists that you will find in the North East area.

She has also gained a Master Colour Expert award which is the highest colour award available.
