Welcome to this private studio located in the heart of Stanmore. We practice a holistic body approach and offer face- and body Spa treatments to detoxify, rehydrate and improve your skin texture; using the European skincare brand- Kerstin Florian also used at The Dorchester Spa in London.

Our Massage therapies help to sooth tired aching muscles, relieve stress, boost circulation, and induce sleep.

Offering also Fitness Packages and Slim programs with your private coach to help you change your shape, improve your health and feel an amazing boost of energy and confidence. We 'll walk you through every step of your Body Transformation journey and support you to achieve your goals and get serious results!
