I guide clients through health and fitness routines in an accessible, friendly and fun manner irrespective of current fitness levels - wherever you feel most comfortable - in the privacy of your home or office, or in a local community space.

I believe that many of the fitness services currently on offer can be intimidating and over complicated especially for individuals who are not used to fitness environments. I believe this is the case for many people who are or believe themselves to be overweight or for people who are older.

My approach to fitness focuses on both nutrition as well as accessible fitness routines as I believe that well-being is achieved through healthier diets as well as through activity.

Dietary goals and fitness routines will be different for each person as these will be determined by their own preferences, needs and motivation. This is what makes the service provided by Routine Fitness personal.
