I’m Louise Claremont, a Health and Wellness Practitioner located in Tring in Hertfordshire. And I’m passionate about making you feel good, look good and helping you create the life you would like to live!

We do this together, either in a 1-2-1 or workshop environment, by developing and reinforcing positive habits to support your aims, ensuring that the conscious and unconscious mind, body and soul all work in harmony.

I offer a number of alternative therapies aimed at helping you restore balance, focus and well being. If you want to take some time out, book in for a Reiki, Reflexology or Massage. Perhaps you have a challenge that you are currently working with or a goal you would like to achieve in which case there is Hypnotherapy, NLP, Kinesiology, or Divine Healing Master Key. Maybe even some Timeline Therapy. Whatever your needs, we can tailor the time to suit you.
