Ricardo founded R-Fitness in 2004 and has built it to the brand that is higly recognised by celebrities, models and top athletes both in the UK and abroad. He is best known for his television work, in particular the very successful TV series 'Celebrity Trainer' shown on the Active Channel, SKY 281.
In the show, he uses unorthodox and fun training techniques to get celebs into shape. Ricardo has featured in many newspapers and magazines. He regularly contributes to health & fitness publications. Alongside his media committments, he continues to look after a number of clients through exclusive personal training sessions. Among his clientele are some of the world's most recognised faces in the entertainment and sports industry.
Ricardo's fun approach, discretion, drive and determination to help people achieve their goals has made R-Fitness one of the top Personal Training gym's in London.
