My name is Norah and I offer Bespoke Holistic Facial Treatments to optimise skin health and appearance and address a wide range of skin issues. Facials are customised for your skin on the day of your Treatment and can include:
* Biomimetic skin care that works in harmony with the skin, incorporates liposome technology and allows for products to be customised for bespoke skin care solutions.
* Electrical Facial Therapies for non surgical, holistic skin rejuvenation and collagen induction: LED light therapy, Ultra Sonic, Vacupulse, Cosmetic Thermo & Cryo therapy & Multipolar Radio Frequency.
* Holistic Face Massage : Lymphatic Drainage, Ayurvedic Marma Therapy, Natural Face Lift and Pressure Point Massage.
*Corneotherapy which focuses on repairing and strengthening the upper layers of the skin to reduce inflammation beneath the surface, making it less prone to disorders such as eczema, rosacea, premature ageing and other forms of inflammation and sensitivity.
*Microneedling with Derma Pro pen device and Mesotherapy

Lymphatic Drainage Facial1 hr£55.00Very precise, gentle, rhythmical movements are applied to the surface of your skin with the pads of fingers to stimulate the movement and circulation of your lymph and encourage drainage. Decongesting the lymph is particularly beneficial for skin conditions such as rosacea, eczema and acne as well as being beneficial for your skin in general. An hours treatment is given as a Bespoke Facial and includes a cleanse of the skin, a mask while the neck and shoulders are worked on and the application of serums and other products. 1 hours £55. 1hour & 15 mins £65. 1 hour & a half £75

Ultra Sonic Facial1 hr£55.00Ultra sound is incorporated in to a Bespoke Holistic Facial. Ultra sonic sound waves can be used to give an Ultrasonic Peel which is particularly beneficial for people prone to frequent blemishes that occur in the same place. Sonophoresis is then used to penetrate carefully selected active ingredients in to the skin, to give a micro massage to the cells and to stimulate the fibroblast cells for increased collagen production. 1 hour £55. 1 hour & 15mins £65. 1 hour & a half £75.

Vacupulse Therapy1 hr£55.00This is a mechanical lymphatic drainage treatment which can be layered in to a Bespoke Holistic Facial. The Machine is electrical but no electrical current passes through the skin. Vacupulse is used after the skin has been cleansed, steamed (if appropriate), exfoliated/peeled and any serums or masks being used have been applied. An oil is then massaged into to the skin and this provides the slip for the Vacupulse to glide over. I use Omega 6 rich oils to help with enlarged pores and promote a clearer complexion and Omega 3 rich oils for better hydration, plumper skin cells and to strengthen barrier function. The Machine has a small hose which attaches to a perspex ventouse. Treatments start on the decollete and work up the neck and face. A very light, gentle suction is applied to the surface of the skin via the ventouse which causes a lift and stimulation of the underlying lymphatic vessels. The venoutse glides in the direction that the lymph flows and towards the lymphatic nodes to further encourage drainage. Lymphatic fluid gets cleaned and filtered in the lymph nodes, thus cleaning the skin from within. Anyone can benefit from Vacupulse but it is particularly suitable for dry skin, dull skin, congested skin, acne and anyone with a suspected sluggish lymph. 1 hour £55. 1 hour & 15 £65. 1 hour & a half £75

Natural Lift Face Massage1 hr£55.00This is a holistic facial treatment that incorporates a series of intricate and precise massage movements, drawn from Indian, Chinese & Japanese Facial Massage, to free tension stored in the facial muscles and erase signs of fatique. Gentle but precise manipulation to the deep and superficial muscles of the face, neck, shoulders and scalp, frees them from rigid patterns. This softens lines and facial expressions and restores brightness to the eyes. Massaging with the pads of fingers & thumbs, adhesions in the muscle and tissue can be broken down and tissue fibres flattened and stretched. This can improve the flexibility of the connective tissue. Tightness & tension in the scalp, head, neck, shoulders are released. Tight contracted muscles in the face can relax, lengthen and improve in tone. Gentle but firm lifting massage techniques are applied over the face and around the eyes. Improved circulation to the head and neck helps to move waste out of the tissues and replenish the skin cells with oxygen & nutrients thus revitalising the skin. Stress & tension dissolves as the treatment brings about a feeling of deep relaxation to the whole of the body.
