Hi, I'm Joe, founder of ProStart Personal Training. I offer personal training & group training in the Buckinghamshire area, as well as offer online training for members. I am a full time advanced personal trainer and a registered fitness professional (REPs). I have private studio gym in Aylesbury and am able to train clients at home, local parks or at the work place.
Joe is a knowledgeable and understanding trainer, very approachable, and provides lots of encouragement without being overbearing. I signed up to ProStart after suffering a back injury and I wasn’t confident that my previous PT would manage my recovery. Joe’s focus on improving my technique and his in depth knowledge of human biomechanics has ensured I have made a full recovery and built back my confidence. He has always listened and amended his training plans accordingly meaning I really enjoyed the sessions. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Joe to other people.
