Pilates Fitness for Life is run by Karen Hirst, who is qualified with the BCPA - Europe’s Leading professional body for teachers. Karen is registered as a Level 3 Pilates teacher, and is a member of the UK Register of Exercise Professionals.
Karen started practising Pilates as a result of a running injury whilst marathon training. Passionate about the difference that Pilates can make, her aim is to share the benefits that can be achieved through regularly undertaking Pilates.
