I have been working in the health profession for over 9 years,becoming a self employed masseur in 2006.
I am a qualified Sports Masseur and hold a Post-graduate Certificate in Nutritional Therapy. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Stability trained posture and movement analyst. Also currently studying Pilates and Sports Nutrition
I believe in addressing health and fitness issues by taking an all round approach and can offer you just one of the treatments outlined or combine them as required.
