We are interested in your results. Your Personal Trainer will develop a programme that will be the most appropriate for you individually, considering your goals, body composition, metabolism, diet, lifestyle, preferable place of training and time available.

We use balanced and healthy diets which keep your blood sugar levels even, reduce food cravings and leave you feeling full after the meal. These diets are based on the latest research and have proved to be more effective than the extremely low calorie diets.

      Your Free Initial Consultation includes assessment of your hormonal balance according to fat distribution in your body, discussion of your current eating patterns; the Personal Trainer will perform an analysis of your metabolic rate, body fat, muscle mass, discuss your fitness levels, goals and current lifestyle, and design a personalised programme that will work best for you. Your training sessions will be designed to burn the maximum amount of calories, increase your metabolism and improve the problem areas. Your training programme willl consist of regular workouts with your Personal Trainer, your trainer will also advise you on a more active and healthy lifestyle, additional exercise programme can be advised for other days of the week. Diet consultations will take place before, during or after the workout. Our workouts are intensive, varied and very effective; they include different exercise types: intensive cardio bursts, interval training, muscle toning exercises, boxing and kicking, circuits, kettlebells, effective abs and back exercises. We have designed specific exercise combinations that achieve the best fat burning and toning results.These workouts burn a large amount of calories as well as achieve long-term energy burning effects from a raised metabolic rate for several hours after the workout.

Our intensive 4 week Weight Loss Programmes are designed to help you achieve excellent results in a short period of time – considerable fat loss, flat stomach, toned arms, butt and legs, increased metabolism. You will feel more energetic and confident in your body. Be prepared for 4 weeks of intensive work if you want to achieve the best possible results. Your exercise programme will consist of Personal Training sessions and additional training programme in total of 4 – 5 days per week. Following our healthy eating advice is also absolutely crucial.

      In order to achieve your desired results we will discuss changes to your everyday diet. Some simple and healthy changes can be made that will make a huge difference and lead you much faster to your desired body shape.
    • Boxing Training and Kickboxing Training

      Boxing Training and Kickboxing Training are great workouts and have a high fat burning potential. We specialise mainly in Boxing and Kickboxing for Fitness, which is a safe way of training and involves use of pads and does not contain direct fights. Some sparring and fight training is also possible but this will depend upon your level of previous experience. You don’t need to have your own boxing gloves as we will provide you with all the necessary equipment. Your Personal Training sessions can consist of a combination of Boxing, Kickboxing and other training methods. For example we can include a 15-20 minute Boxing workout into your exercise session and combine it with Weight Training and Cardio workouts. Otherwise you can have a pure 60 minute or 40 minute Boxing or Kickboxing session – it will depend on your desires and preferences. Training can take place in the comfort of your own home or in the nearby park. We also do short exercise breaks in workplaces – this is a brilliant way to keep your team focused, energetic and resistant to stress.
    • Ante and Post Natal Exercise

      Significant changes happen in a woman’s body during pregnancy, and many of these changes remain present for around 6 months after giving birth. These are some of the changes that occur in the body: loosening of ligaments, changes in posture and back pain, separation of the abdominal muscles, significant increase in blood volume, stroke volume and resting heart rate, dilution of blood vessels, increased oxygen uptake and many more. These factors will significantly affect the choice of exercise and diet that we will advise to you. But don’t let the changes in your body scare you away from exercise, as an appropriate exercise regime during pregnancy is extremely beneficial to you and your baby. After the pregnancy an appropriate exercise and diet programme can help you get back into shape faster, reduce stress levels, increase confidence and lower symptoms of post natal depression. Always make sure that your Personal Trainer has a recognised Ante and Post Natal qualification and is skilled in this area.
