At an early age I was involved in many sports and gained a basketball scholarship to the USA. My dreams of a pro career was cut short due to a bad knee injury from which I quickly went into a deep depression. Having put on a lot of weight due to this I knew it was time for change. I educated myself on nutrition , made some lifestyle changes and set a goal of winning a physique title. This lead to finding a guaranteed formula for getting the body I wanted.
