My goal as a personal trainer is to get people active, keep them motivated and enable them to enjoy a fitter, fuller life.
Having enjoyed fitness, nutrition and wellbeing myself for many years, the natural progression was for me to train as a fitness coach, allowing me to share and pass my passion, enthusiasm and knowledge on to others, helping people make amazing life changes that will see them fitter, healthier and stronger than they have ever been.

Through a carefully planned program designed to suit each of your specific requirements and targets, together you will start to make great changes to your body.

The bootcamp sessions are a popular workout that will have you training in the great outdoors in various locations around the beautiful city of Winchester. A superb, and ever changing workout that will work you to your maximum whilst having a LOT of fun. Sessions are only £5 per outdoor session and are held in Winchester every Monday and Saturday. For continuous updates about session times and locations refer to our facebook page. Sessions are suitable for everyone regardless of fitness level, each of you will be pushed to your personal best.
