At NHSC we know how important fitness is. Its the foundation to a healthy and happy life, and thats what our programming is about. We use time tested tools to improve movement patterns, strength, Vo2 max and lean muscles mass because we know these are the biomarkers for long injury free life (not to mention a better looking physique!)
We use a combination of powerlifting movements, olympic lifting, gymnastics, callisthenics, running, rowing and cycling in a constantly varied high intensity workout to get you the best results.
Our gym isn’t full of mirrors, machines and people wondering round not knowing what to do. It’s full of functional equipment, experienced and qualified coaches and great friendly members committed to the same goal!
