Neil Pike Personal Training
First of all we have a consultation where we discuss your goal and we find out about you - your health history, your training history, current/previous injuries and we then run through some simple exercises that will tell me how well you move.
Then the fun begins! The sessions will be tailored to meet your current fitness level/ability so you have nothing to worry about if you have low levels of fitness or you can run marathons in your sleep. I develop safe, effective programmes that will increase at the rate your body can manage - and believe or not they are enjoyable!
