Having played a variety of sports from a young age Paul became interested in fitness over 20 years ago, training for football, rugby and running. At university he started to train with a more focused approach, incorporating nutrition and other types of training into his programme.
He now enjoys as much variety as possible from strength training, crossfit, running, triathlons, cycling and trying anything new that comes onto the scene. A keen surfer, wakeboarder and snowboarder, these help to keep him active even when relaxing!
‘Since becoming a personal trainer I have tried to continue learning about as much as possible to do with health and fitness, anatomy and physiology, motivation techniques, nutrition and even on to things like neurology, coaching and endocrinology.
