Aqua fitness£0.00Aqua fitness is one of the most popular and enjoyable forms of group exercise. No matter what your fitness level the water offers an environment that allows the participant to set their own pace and work at their own intensity. The multi-dimensional aspect of water encourages muscular balance and helps improve co-ordination. Aqua significantly improves cardiovascular strength, muscular strength/ endurance levels, flexibility and reduces body fat. Studies show that intensity levels are directly related to efforts that put into the water; the resistance is up to 42 times greater in the water than in the air. Whether in a class or as a 1:1, the moves in water are specific, especially when you add floatation equipment, such as noodles, dumbbells, ankle cuffs and belts. The exercises and level set depends upon the ability of the participants, so the instructor must be knowledgable and experienced for you to do efficient and safe techniques in your workout, this will enable you to achieve results quick and effectively.
