It helps the body to balance its self and to be at ease with its self. Reflexology helps the body to cope with stress and it helps all the systems in the body to function better. It helps physically, emotionally and mentally. Just a few benefits are listed below but this is by no means an exhaustive list of ailments it can help with!

I am a reflexologist based in Ash Vale. I have a lovely treatment room where you can to come to me and relax for your treatment in a calm tranquil enviroment. I also offer a mobile service covering Ash Vale and the surrounding areas within a 20 mile radius. I am a 5th generation Ingham method reflexologist. I trained in Northern Ireland and graduated from the Chrysalis school of reflexology in June 2011. In the 1930s Eunice Ingham developed the Ingham reflex method of compression massage which noted that all parts of the body could be treated by applying pressure to the relevant points on the feet. She mapped out the reflex points on the feet and these are the maps we use today. One of Eunice Ingham's students, Doreen Bayley introduced reflexology to the UK in the 1960s and it has since become very popular. Doreen Bayley taught Jane Vukovic who then taught Sheila Nugent from Northern Ireland and in 2011 Sheila Nugent taught me! I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and I am fully insured. http://www.michellemardallreflexology.co.uk/
