Mel Gregory Training

From an early age I have always taken a keen interest in sport, health and fitness. After entering my first circuit class at the age of 12, I became hooked on fitness and this is something that I have continued into my adult life.

A keen netball player, I have played at county level and continue to play at regional level today because I thrive on competition and the need to push my limits--which I instill my clients every day. Fitness is as much as a part of my daily life as food and water.
