We are located within the Solutions Health and Fitness Club.

As a qualified professional Spa Therapist, I take pride in my work and literally love what I do. If you’re looking for a wide variety of treatments, in a friendly and relaxed environment then I would love to be able to help.

Treat yourself to a Holistic Massage or Beauty Treatment to enhance general wellbeing for your mind body & soul.

Our Therapists are fully Insured with NVQ, ITEC & BTEC Diploma’s in the treatments we provide. As a member of Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), we offer high standards of treatments and follow their codes of practice and ethics.

Gift Vouchers available on request, payments by Credit /Debit Cards or Cash. As a client of Little Treats if you would like to use the gym facilities, Sauna, Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi & Steam area, please let us know in advance as there is an additional cost of £7 for non members payable to the gym.

Cancellation notice of 24hrs is required or reschedule of appointments. If no notice is given a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.

We are located 5mins from East Croydon Station and Tram line. Parking also available at the NCP in Dingwall Road, or Whitgift Centre.
