Lifted Spirit was created by Jodie, a therapist for 10 years, trained in massage, aromatherapy, stress management and beauty therapy. Jodie realised after having her second child the importance of new mums feeling pampered and to be able to socialise with other mums without having to find a babysitter or that elusive parking space.
