I have always been passionate about sport and the sense of achievement it brings. At age 14 I became a member of Enfield & Haringey athletics club and went onto represent England for my age group, holding records in triple jump and pole vault at the time.
My competing years were unfortunately cut short due to injury, but that did not stop me from training. I became a qualified Fitness Instructor and found my passion teaching group exercise classes, which I trained and qualified in various different programmes : Bodypump, Bodycombat, Grit (HIIT), Studio Cycling, INSANITY, Boxercise, Circuits and Core Conditioning.
After being approached many times in my classes and in the gym over the years inquiring as to whether I offered Personal training, I decided to become qualified, as I knew this was my passion and wanted to share my knowledge and experience with others to help change their lifestyle for the better. To make them realize that with my guidance, their goals are totally achievable.

Insanity Class£0.00The Insanity class is a 50 minute exercise based on the training technique of ‘max interval training’ which is the reverse workout of the typical ‘High Intensity Interval training’ or ‘H.I.I.T’ which generally means working at a moderate effort level and increasing the intensity for 30 seconds or so, then returning back to moderate intensity as a recovery. The Insanity classes completely turns ‘H.I.I.T’ on it’s head and will work you to your maximum for 2 minutes followed by a 30 second rest. Just enough rest to catch a breather to then dive straight back in to the next round.
