My name is John Kain and I am a personal trainer based in Stevenage. I am a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals and hold qualifications in personal training, nutrition advice, outdoor fitness and sports conditioning gained through YMCA Fitness Industry Training, one of the UK’s leading training providers. I have been involved in fitness for over 20 years and also volunteer as a fitness advisor at the YMCA in central London.

I am CRB checked and cleared, fully insured and first aid qualified. I am based in Stevenage but also cover Hertfordshire and London so please contact me to find out if I cover the area where you are
