My name is John Howe, i am 31 years old and live in Solihull. I am a fully qualified REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer and I previously served nine years as a Royal Marines Commando, deploying all over the world. On completion of this I worked conducting Private Security in Iraq, Gulf of Aden, Mozambique and most recently Tanzania.

I am a REPS Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, I also hold the Level 3 qualifications in Sports conditioning and Nutrition. I am currently studying for GP Exercise referral and Level 4 Diabetes and Obesity management. My main specialty and passion is in weight loss and body transformations. I take great pride and enjoy helping my clients reach their weight loss and fitness goals.

With my background as a Royal Marines Commando and my Personal Training qualifications I am the perfect person to help you achieve your weight loss and fitness goals.
