Guided Light Holistic Therapies
Guided Light is based at Skin Deep Beauty salon in the Copnor area of Portsmouth. Skin Deep has been run successfully by owner Sharon for 25 years and I have been based there since 2010. Skin Deep provides a good range of traditional beauty therapies and I specialise in holistic therapies. We pride ourselves on being genuinely friendly, compassionate, caring, and highly skilled.
I am an independent NYR Organics (Neal's Yard Remedies) consultant with my own official webshop.
I hold the following qualifications: VTCT level 3 Diploma in Holistic Therapies including aromatherapy, reflexology, Swedish massage, Indian Head massage, anatomy & physiology and Health & Safety (2009). Advanced VTCT qualifications in additional aromatherapy, additional reflexology, stress management techniques, non-medical diet & nutrition, further anatomy & physiology (2010). I am also qualified in Kansa Vatki foot massage, Angel Certified Practitioner®, Angel Intuitive™, Certified Realm Reader™, Lava Shell massage, Rahanni Celestial healing, Reiki, and crystal therapy. I have been working with angels and crystals for over 20 years and have been practising Reiki since 2002, teaching since 2004.
